Jim Sommese has been a vital part of Star Elevator for over 20 years, managing the Modernization & Repair Department with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality. Before joining Star Elevator, Jim gained extensive experience as an apprentice and journeyman mechanic at independent elevator companies, specializing in repairs and modernizations. He has also completed several leadership courses during his service in the US Army and holds an Associate of Science Degree. Jim's long-term commitment and expertise are invaluable to the Star Elevator team.
